Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Orders:

30-day return on merchandise under $75,000. All merchandise must be in its original condition with all box, paper, and/or accessories that came with the purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.

Credit Card fee is not refundable in case of a return, for any reason.

• 3% credit card fee will be deducted from refund. (3.5% for PayPal payments)
• Payments by ACH, Zelle or Wire Transfer will receive full refund in case of return.

Exclusions:

• Custom Orders are not returnable.
• Merchandise $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $75,000.

International Orders:

International Returns are not accepted, unless the item is NOT as described. 

If we accept a return for any other reason, it is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
